Sumit Saini

Director and Principal Broker

Sumit is a distinguished leader and seasoned finance professional whose career embodies dedication, growth, and unwavering client focus. Arriving in Australia in 2007 to pursue a Master’s in IT, Sumit quickly discovered his true calling lay not in technology but in empowering people through financial solutions.

Over a decade at National Australia Bank, Sumit built a stellar reputation, advancing through a spectrum of leadership roles—from frontline sales to Senior Business Banking Manager—where his strategic insight and customer-centric approach consistently delivered exceptional results. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he was awarded the prestigious NAB Honours Award in 2017, an honor reserved for the top 1% of the bank’s talent.

Following a senior leadership role at IMB Bank, Sumit co-founded Edhas Finance with Megha Sharma, combining his deep industry expertise with entrepreneurial vision.

Sumit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, a Master’s in IT Networking, Certificate 4 in Mortgage Broking and Diploma in Mortgage Broking. He is an esteemed member of AFCA and the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia. His unique blend of technical acumen, financial expertise, and inspiring leadership positions him as a trusted authority and visionary in the mortgage and finance sector.

As Director and Principal Broker, Sumit believes that his growth lies in his clients’ growth— a principle that guides every decision he makes. By prioritizing client needs and delivering tailored solutions, this approach helps foster success for both clients and the business.

Megha Sharma

Chief Client Officer

With over 15 years of cross-industry experience spanning BPO, Health & Fitness, FMCG, and Finance, Megha brings a dynamic and well-rounded perspective to operations, client engagement, and team leadership.

She began her career in the BPO sector, where she built a strong foundation in customer service, training, and operational excellence. Her journey then took her into the Health & Fitness industry, where she led as Centre Head—overseeing sales, client relations, recruitment, and financial performance.

After a brief sabbatical to pursue management studies, Megha entered the FMCG space as a Key Account Manager, working with high-value clients to drive sales, resolve issues, and strengthen retention strategies.

Bringing together her diverse experience, Megha co-founded Edhas Finance alongside her partner. At Edhas, she leads operations and customer service, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to build lasting relationships with clients.

When she's not at work, Megha enjoys hiking, diving into DIY projects, or picking up a new skill—because for her, growth is a lifelong journey.

Megha believes in the old saying “Customer is King”— a philosophy she upholds every day through compassion, professionalism, and a relentless focus on building lasting relationships.
